Pnnny has the ability to collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) and non-personally identifiable information that does not identify you.
PII that Pnnny may collect includes information that you may provide to us that personally identifies you such as your name, email address, age, phone number, information for processing transactions like your billing or credit card information and any other information that is linked or linkable to you, such as your location or employment or business information. We may also collect information that does not identify you such as device-specific information, browser user agent, unique device identifiers, and internet protocol (IP) address.

You may decline to provide any PII to us while visiting and using the Pnnny Platform. If you choose not to provide any PII, you may not be able to use the Pnnny Platform or certain aspects of the Pnnny Platform, and we will not be able to provide you with some of the features and functionality of the Pnnny Platform. Notice About Children’s Privacy
The Pnnny Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not accept registration from anyone under the age of 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, please DO NOT USE the Pnnny Platform. No personally identifiable information (as defined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 15 U.S.C. § 6501 (“COPPA”)) is purposefully or knowingly collected from children under the age of 13 by the Pnnny Platform. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age, and believe that he or she disclosed information to us, please contact us at the address below. If we learn that we have collected or received PII of persons under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information.
If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request and obtain from Pnnny once a year, free of charge, a list of all third parties to which the company has disclosed certain personally identifiable information as defined under California law for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. The California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”) requires Pnnny to disclose how it responds to “Do Not Track” signals. Pnnny does not interpret or respond to “Do Not Track” signals. You may set your browser settings to reject or disable cookies or web beacons. Please note that without enabling these features, your experience of the Pnnny Platform may be hindered and you will not be able to take full advantage of the Pnnny Platform features. Merger or Sale
In the event that Pnnny is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information that we have collected from you or you provided to us, as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.
